Resetting Your Password

If you're unable to sign in, resetting your password is a quick and secure way to regain access. This guide will walk you through the steps shown in the GIFs below.

Step 1: Go to the Patient Portal

Visit https://patients.kingsbridgehealthcaregroup.com and click the Log In button in the top-right corner. Then select Forgot your password? to begin the reset process.

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

Enter the email address you used to register your account, then click Send verification code.

Check your email inbox for the verification code — this may take a few moments. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.

Step 3: Verify Your Email

Once you receive the code, enter it into the verification box and click Continue.

If the code has expired or is incorrect, you can request a new one by clicking Send new code. If the email address isn’t recognised, you may have registered with a different email — try another or refer to the registration guide here

Step 4: Create a New Password

Enter your new password and confirm it in the second box. Make sure it meets our password requirements (8–16 characters, with a mixture of lowercase, uppercase, numbers and special characters). Then click Reset password to finish.

Your password will be updated within a few seconds. Once complete, you’ll be redirected to your Patient Portal account.
