If you’ve received an invoice for treatment that isn’t from Kingsbridge, it’s important to understand that consultants at Kingsbridge Private Hospital are independent from the hospital. They may invoice patients directly for their services and often use third-party billing companies to do so.

Important Information

Consultants run their private practice as their own business, which means they may issue invoices directly or through a third-party billing company, such as MedServ. Kingsbridge cannot accept payments for any third-party billing companies, and we advise you to follow the payment instructions on your invoice.

You should only be billed directly for any self-funded consultations you have not paid to us, or for any insurance shortfall that has been applied by your insurer to your consultant's fee.

If you've received an bill relating to fixed price surgery at Kingsbridge please let us know by forwarding a copy of this to info@kingsbridgehealthcaregroup.com, we'll be happy to review this for you.

If you have received an invoice from MedServ, please contact them directly to query or make payments:

If you’ve already paid Kingsbridge for this treatment and wish to query it, you can download a copy of your receipt from our Patient Portal.

You can sign up using your email address, patient ID, and date of birth. Your patient ID can be found on any letters, invoices, or emails you have received from Kingsbridge.

What should I do if I receive an invoice from a third-party billing company?
Please follow the payment instructions on the invoice. Kingsbridge cannot accept payments for any third-party billing companies.

How do I download a receipt for my Kingsbridge treatment?
If you've already paid for your treatment, you can download your receipt from our Patient Portal.
