Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment

If you have already paid for an appointment that you need to cancel, we can either allocate it to your new appointment or arrange a refund back to your card.

Cancellation Policies

Outpatient Appointments
Kingsbridge Private Hospital does not charge a cancellation fee for outpatient consultations, tests, or scans. However, please note that individual consultants may have their own cancellation policies. If your consultant charges for short-notice cancellations or missed appointments, we will inform you at the time of booking and if you choose to cancel your appointment.

Surgery
Cancellations at short notice may incur a fee, as costs are involved in arranging your admission. This fee will be applied in line with our fixed price terms and conditions. For full details on our cancellation policy, please refer to your admission letter.
