Providing a Payment Card

It is our policy to request card details to secure your booking and we will not be able to proceed with your booking without first collecting card details.

These details will allow us to collect any payment that may be due in a convenient and efficient manner. If you are funded by insurance, or a third party, these details are required in case of any excess, shortfall or non-payment applied by your sponsor. In the event of any balance being due, you will be notified in advance of a payment being processed.

 

Rest assured, your card details are tokenised and securely stored through a PCI-DSS compliant third party, PXP Solutions Limited, and the details are removed in line with our card retention policy which can be found at in our Terms and conditions at (website address).
